"Went in to pay my bill. Was talking to Patrick and happened to mention how my daughters jeep soft top had been eaten by mice and how upset she was. He looked and saw she had coverage for replacement top. This is why we stay with State Farm. He went out of his way to help us. They settled the claim in 30 hours if you can believe it."

"I came to Craig’s branch from another. Craig could have been like any other agent and just yes’d me to death and rationalized what was happening. But he didn’t! He listened to me and he got to work.
