"Patrick Shaughnessy account representative at Vickers Insurance, a State Farm office was an amazing help in getting my Medicare supplement policy setup. I lost my Medicare Advantage for 2016 and needed to return to original Medicare plus buy supplement. My journey began with another insurance company and for two months I was strung along and unable to complete the transaction despite multiple encounters with customer service. Neighbors suggested I try State Farm. I met personally with Patrick, completed the paperwork and within a few short days I was all set. There was one glitch and Patrick stayed on it, discovered the problem, corrected it and all was good to go. I heartily recommend this agency and the personal attention of a live in the flesh person for those navigating the turbulent waters of switching health insurance."
