Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview
Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and delegate tasks to licensed team members.
- Process billing and payments for customers.
- Follow up with customers that have had claims.
- Schedule appointments for customers requesting time with the agent.
- upload documents and process changes for policies that are allowed by un-licensed team members

Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- 8am-5pm Monday and Friday, Additional hours available mid week

Compensación $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
